We want you to love your Built Mom Tough™ purchase.

Because our hats are limited-release and preorder items may be produced based on demand, preorder purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Preorder cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, preorder sales are final.

For in-stock items, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
